You will receive access to your own tenant of ebra.in and all existing functions for a 2-week free trial period from the activation of the account. During this trial period, the service is free of charge. The first monthly payment of 680 € will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period, unless the trial is cancelled before its expiry.
New functions will be automatically added to your tenant and clearly marked, and the system will be updated regularly. By accepting this offer, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

All prices are stated in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Additional services not included in the original offer will be charged separately.
Payments are charged monthly at the start of each month and are automatically collected via Stripe. Payment is accepted exclusively online through the payment method provided by Stripe. Invoices are automatically generated and are due immediately upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any client-requested changes after confirmation may result in additional costs. These will be communicated beforehand and require client approval prior to implementation.
Cancellation is only permitted during the 2-week free trial period. Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 2 business days prior to the end of the trial period. Following the trial, the contract remains in force and cannot be cancelled. The contract will automatically terminate on 31 December 2026, after which a new subscription is required to continue services.
The provider shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount of the agreed services, except where otherwise required by law.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., blackouts, strikes, government restrictions).
Client data will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of service delivery and invoicing, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information provided by the client regarding Terms & Conditions must be submitted in order to be included on the client’s website. An example document will be provided to guide the client.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, unless otherwise required by law.
